Athletic Training
The YQL Sluggers facility boasts a one thousand square foot weight room/gym area that can easily accomodate group or individual training sessions.
We offer youth training camps that include resistance training, plyometric training as well speed/quickness and jump training. See below for our
current schedule of group training sessions.

1PM - 2:15PM Ages 16-18

Fridays and weekends are drop-in only and participants are to complete the workout of the day!
