January 2023-March Camp Sessions
Camps begin the week of January 9, 2023 and complete March 9, 2023 (9 weeks)

Session # 1- Minor
Athletes born between 2013-2015
Mondays/Wednesdays 4:30-5:30PM
The minor camp will cover fundamental baseball development for players moving into the minor age division or for first year players.
The camp will cover basic baseball fundamentals with a focus on catching, throwing and hitting. Players will develop confidence hitting pitch
speeds between 38-45mph.
Cost: $400
Here is what you get;
- 18 - 60 minute indoor sessions
- Focus on throwing, catching and hitting fundamentals
- Agility and footwork training
- Introduction to back catching
- Game style competitions using our HitTrax virtual system
Session # 2 - Major
Athletes born in 2010-2012
Monday/Wednesday 5:45pm-7pm
Session #2 camp is for players playing in the Major division.
The camp will cover all aspects of baseball (throwing, hitting, catching, fielding and pitching). Batting practice pitch
speeds will be in the range of 45-50 mph. Resistance training with overload principles will be applied to enhance
functional baseball strength.
Cost: $450

- 18 - 75 minute indoor sessions
- Focus on hitting, pitching and back catching.
- Agility, footwork component to each camp
- Arm strengthening techniques will taught and practiced
- Game style situational hitting using HitTrax
Session # 3 - Bantam
Athletes born in 2008-2009
Monday/Wednesday 7:15PM - 8:45
The Bantam camp is focused on experienced baseball players looking to improve their skills.
The camp will focus on improving all fundamental techniques of baseball with particular attention given to pitching,
back catching and hitting. There is a strength and conditioning component to every session that will include some time
in the weight room. Resistance training (free weights) will be used. Batting practice pitch speeds of 60-70 mph will be used. Game
style competitions will be incorporated using our HitTrax system.
Cost: $500

- Speed/Agility Training

- Statistical measurements using our HitTrax system
Session # 4 - Bantam
Athletes born in 2008-2009
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30PM - 7PM
The Bantam camp is focused on experienced baseball players looking to improve their skills.

Session # 5 - 18u Camp
Athletes born 2004-2007
Tuesday/Thursday 7:15pm-8:45pm
The 18u camp is designed for those players who will be playing in the ABA Midget or American Legion programs.
The camp will cover skill development with a focus on hitting, pitching and catching. Arm strengthening techniques and strategies will also be
covered. There will be a strength and conditioning component to every session that will include free weights, plyometrics as well as medicine balls
and plyo balls. We will also focus on speed and agility training.
Cost: $500

- Strength and conditioning in every session

- Video analysis of both pitching and hitting
- Game situational hitting using HitTrax system
Open Hitting Friday afternoons
All cages open for softball/baseball
Fridays 3pm-5pm
$10 fee gets you batting practice drills and pitching machines
Cost: $10/session
