January 2024-March Camp Sessions
Camps begin the week of January 8, 2024 and complete March 15, 2024 (10 weeks)
10 total camp participants only with 2 available part time spots (call 403-315-0543 for details)
Session # 1- Major
Athletes born between 2012-2013
Mondays/Wednesdays 5-6pm
The major camp will cover fundamental baseball development for players moving into the major age division.
The camp will include functional strength and agility training through a series of weighted movements or a circuit.
Cost: $500
Here is what you get;
- 20 - 60 minute indoor sessions
- Focus on throwing, catching and hitting fundamentals
- Functional strength and agility training
- Game style competitions using our HitTrax virtual system
Session # 2 - Intermediate/Bantam
Athletes born in 2009-2012
Monday/Wednesday 6:15pm-7:30
Session #2 camp is for players playing in the Intermediate or Bantam divisions
The camp will cover all aspects of baseball (throwing, hitting, catching, fielding and pitching). Batting practice pitch
speeds will be 60+ mph. Camp will include a strength and conditioning component using a variety of training
principles
Cost: $600

- 20 - 75 minute indoor sessions
- Focus on hitting, pitching and back catching.
- Functional strength and conditioning during each camp
- Game style situational hitting using HitTrax
Session # 3 - Midget
Athletes born in 2005-2008
Monday/Wednesday 7:45PM - 9:30
The Midget camp is designed for those players who will be playing in the ABA Midget or American Legion programs.
The camp will cover skill development with a focus on hitting, pitching and defense. Functional strength and agility training
using a variety of prinicples will be used in each camp.
Cost: $650

- 20 - 100 minute indoor sessions
- Fundamental Skill Development
- Speed/Agility Training
- Resistance training in every camp session
- Statistical measurements using our HitTrax system
Session # 4 - Minor
Athletes born in 2014-2015
Tuesday/Thursday 4:30PM - 5:30
The minor camp is designed to instruct young players on the fundamentals of baseball.
The camp will attempt to provide reps in the disciplines of hitting, throwing, back catching, pitching and defensive skills.
There will also be a functional strength and agility component to every camp session.
Cost: $500
Here is what you get;
- 20 - 60 minute indoor sessions
- Fundamental Skill Development
- Agility and functional strength training
- Small group instruciton in an attempt to achieve max reps
Session # 5 - Intermediate/Bantam Camp
Athletes born 2009-2011
Tuesday/Thursday 5:45pm-7pm
Session #5 camp is for players playing in the Intermediate or Bantam divisions

Session # 6 - Girls Softball
Athletes born 2008-2011
Fridays 1:30pm-2:30pm
This softball hitting session focuses on athletes ages 13-15 years old.
The camps main focus will be hitting. Athletes will also work on agility movements and some functional strength
exercises will be performed in each camp.
Cost: $250
Here is what you get;
- 10 - 60 minute indoor sessions
- Daily batting practice off pitching machine.
- Swing analysis
- Functional exercises to improve swing patterns and efficiencies
Session # 7 - Girls Softball
Athletes born 2006-2008
Fridays 2:45pm-3:45pm
This softball hitting session focuses on athletes ages 15-18 years old.
The camps main focus will be hitting. Athletes will also work on agility movements and some functional strength
exercises will be performed in each camp.
